Find out more about the consultation process in Bilton.
During consultation we will continue to speak with residents’ to gain your views and help us to inform the design of the Bilton estate.
Throughout the Regeneration project, we will keep an ongoing dialogue with residents to ensure your views help shape the future design of the Bilton estate.
Clarion will deliver a structured engagement programme that gives residents meaningful ways to share their priorities and influence both the design proposals and the direction of our social value work.
There will be multiple opportunities to get involved, including through our Residents Steering Group, Youth Steering Group, and the social history project currently underway. These activities will help us respond to local needs and ensure that the benefits of regeneration are felt directly by the community.

Thank you to everyone who completed the recent survey giving us your views on living on the Bilton estate.
Your answers have helped us to understand the areas where you would like to see improvement, as well as the things you like best about the buildings and neighbourhood.
We’d really like to hear your views. This short survey helps us understand what matters most to you about your local area and your home. Your feedback will help inform future improvements and guide the next stages of the project.
